Direct Primary Care is a membership-based approach to healthcare. Instead of billing insurance for routine visits, members pay one affordable monthly fee for primary care, urgent care, and telehealth visits at CareWell Medical.

This model allows us to spend more time with our patients, provide transparent pricing, and focus medical decisions on your individual needs. Members can also call or text their provider directly with questions, medication concerns, and follow-up needs.

Care Included With Your Membership

Your CareWell Membership Includes:

Primary care visits
Sick and urgent care visits
Telehealth appointments
Preventive care and wellness visits
Management of chronic health conditions
Medication management
Follow-up care
Direct call and text access to your provider
Longer, personalized appointments
Coordination of referrals when outside care is needed

Some medications, laboratory testing, imaging, procedures, and services from outside facilities may have additional costs.

Not Interested in a Membership?

You can still receive care at CareWell Medical without becoming a monthly member. We offer primary care and urgent care appointments for $80 per visit, giving you access to personalized, affordable care whenever you need it—with no membership or long-term commitment required.

There are no long-term contracts. Direct Primary Care membership is not health insurance and does not replace coverage for emergencies, hospitalization, specialist care, or services received outside CareWell Medical.

Care When and Where You Need It

Visit us in person at our Rogersville clinic or schedule a convenient telehealth appointment when appropriate. Members can call or text their provider directly, eliminating the frustration of call centers and long waits for answers.
